2022-23: Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team... Appeared in seven outdoor meets, placing in seven during outdoor season... Set 110 meter hurdle season best time 14.50 for third place at Maverick Open #2 (May 6)... Placed fifth in 110 meter hurdle finals at NSIC Outdoor Championships with time of 14.83 (May 11-13)... Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team... Appeared in eight indoor meets... Set personal best 60 meter hurdle time of 8.11 for first place at Maverick Invitational (Feb. 17)... Placed fifth in 60 meter hurdle finals at NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 8.17 seconds.
2021-22: Outdoor: Appeared in seven outdoor meets in 110 meter hurdles and 200 meters... Placed third in 110 meter hurdles at St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational (Apr. 13) with time of 14.87... Crossed the line sixth in 110 meter finals at NSIC Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) with time of 14.98... Indoor: Competed in eight indoor meets in 60 meter hurdles, 200 meters, and 4x400 meter relay... Took first place in 60 meter hurdles at SDSU DII Open (Jan. 21) with time of 8.25... Placed seventh in prelims and finals of 60 meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 8.18 in the finals (Feb. 25-26).
2020-21: Outdoor: Competed in seven meets in hurdles... Placed second in 110 meter hurdles at Holst Invitational (Apr. 17) with a time of 15.32 seconds)... Came across third in the 110 meter hurdle final at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15) with a time of 14.78... Indoor: Appeared in six indoor meets for the Mavericks... Placed 2nd in 60 meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 8.19... Won the 60 meter hurdles in first meet at MSU with a time of 8.27 seconds (Jan. 23)... Competed in 4x400 meter relay, 60 meter hurdles, and 200 meters.
Previous School: Northwestern College, Iowa 2019-2020. Was a national qualifier in the 60m hurdles in 2019 and 2020...In 2019, Justus had the 5th fastest 110m hurdles time and 7th fastest in the 400m hurdles in program history...In 2020, Justus posted a school record for the 13th fastest time in the 60m hurdles...He had one first place finishes out of five total meets ran.
High School: Helped his team to a second place finish at the state meet in 2018...Was a 2-time state champion in the 300m hurdles in 2017 and 2018...Was a state runner-up in the 200m in 2018...
