2013 Outdoor: Finished fifth at the NSIC Championships in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 16:03.90...Ran a personal-best time of 31:20.66 at the Drake Relays in the 10,000 meter run.
2012-13 Indoor: Placed third at the NSIC Championships in the 5,000-meter run with a personal best time of 14:58.65... Had a personal-time in the 3,000-meter run at the NSIC Championships finishing with a time of 8:39.28.
2012 Outdoor: Won the championship in the 10,000-meter run at the UWRF Falcon Invite with a time of 32:20.15... Placed second at the Drake Alternative in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:22.26... NSIC All-Academic Team Member.
