2017 Outdoor: Finished twelfth at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:13.09)...NSIC conference champion in the 400m dash (47.55), a personal best, and as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:13.09).
2017 Indoor: Finished fifth at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & FIeld Championships as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:12.68)...Finished second in the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships in the 400m dash (49.02)
Pre MSU: Competed at St. Cloud State
High School: Graduated from Waukesha South in 2014...team captain...All-State award winner in the 400m and 4x400 relay...five conference championships
