2013-14 Indoor: Garnered All-American honors in the shot put and weight throw finishing second in the shot put (62' 11 1/2") and fourth in the weight throw (68' 5")...Broke the Division II indoor shot put record at the MSU Multi and Open with a throw of 65' 10 1/4"...Five-time NSIC Field Athlete of the Week honoree...Three-time USTFCCCA Athlete of the Week...USTFCCCA Central Region Field of the Year...Minnesota Association of USA Track and Field Athlete of the Month for the month of January...NSIC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year award winner.

2013 Outdoor: Garnered All-American honors in the shot put, hammer throw, and discus throw...National Champion in the shot put with a throw of 65' 7"...Finished seventh in the hammer throw at the NCCA DII Championships with a school record-breaking throw of 194' 8"...Also place seventh in the discus throw with a personal-best throw of 175' 5"...USTFCCCA Central Region Field Athlete of the Year.

2012-13 Indoor: Earned All-American honors in the shot put finishing in second place with a throw of 60' 5" at the Division II Track and Field Championships...Finished in fourth place earning All-American honors in the weight throw with a toss of 64' 8 1/2" at the Division II Track and Field Championships...NSIC Champion in the shot put and weight throw with throws of 59' 7 1/2" and 63' 9 3/4" respectively...Two-time NSIC Field Athlete of the Week.

2012 Outdoor: Finished third at the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships earning his first All-American award in the shot put with a throw of 62' 1/2"...NSIC Champion in both the shot put and discus throw with throws of 59' 8 1/2" and 167' 7" respectively...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put, discus throw, and hammer throw.

2011-12 Indoor: Won the championship in the shot put at the NSIC Championships with a throw of 53' 11 3/4"...Finished second in the weight throw at the NSIC Championships with a throw of 58' 5 3/4"...Three-time NSIC Field Athlete of the Week.

2011 Outdoor: NSIC Champion in the shot put throwing a distance of 54' 9 1/2"... Placed third in the discus throw with a throw of 162' 8" at the NSIC Championships.

2010-11 Indoor: Placed 12th at the NCAA Division II meet in the shot put tossing it 53' 3 1/2"...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team in the shot put.
