High School: From 2016-2018, Carter was a Boys Iowa High School Athletic Association 4A State Champion...From 2017-2018, He was a Boys Iowa High School Athletic Association 4A Districts Champions...In 2017, Carter placed sixth at the IHSAA State Cross Country meet.
