2016 Outdoor: Finished fith in the shot at the NSIC Outdoor TF Champiionships with a toss of 50' 00"...Placed fifth in the hammer at the NSIC Championships (169' 04").
2015 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the hammer throw at the NSIC Championships with a toss of 167' 00''... Personal best in the discus of 146' 10'' at the Grandview Invitational.
2014-15 Indoor: Established a new personal record in weight throw at 50' 7.25" during the Ted Nelson Classic.
2013-14 Indoor: Finished in third place at the MSU Chuck Peterson Preseason Open in the shot put with a throw of 50' 2"... Had a career-best throw of 45' 1" in the weight throw at the Ted Nelsen Classic.
