2016 Indoor: Personal best time of 2:33.42 in the 1000-meter run at the Minnesota State Multi & Open... Placed third the 1000-meter run at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships... Part of the winning DMR relay team at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championsips.
2015 Outdoor: Personal best time in the 1500 meters of 4:11.44 at the Drake Alternative... Placed second in the 800-meter run at the MSU Twlight in a time of 1:54.19.
2014-15 Indoor: Season-bests of 1:57.63 in the 800-meters and 2:34.24 in the 1000-meters...Part of the DMR relay team that finished fourth at NSIC Championships.
2013-14 Indoor: Placed fourth at the MSU Alumni Open in the 1,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:37.14. Member of DMR-relay team which finished fourth at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:31.96.
2013 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 1:57.10 in the 800-meter run at the NSIC Championships... At the Carleson relays finished in 11th place with a personal-best time of 4:13.76.
2012-13 Indoor: Finished with a career-best time of 1:27.56 in the 600-meter run at the MSU Alumn Open while finishing in sixth place.
Personal: Majoring in mechanical engineering.
