2022-23: Outdoor: NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year... Placed fourth in the 800 meters at NSIC Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) with time of 1:53.29... Indoor: All-NSIC in 600m... Took first place in the 600 meters at the NSIC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) with winning time of 1:20.97, a personal best.
College: Three-time NSIC Finalist in the 1000m, 800m and 600m...In the 2019 Outdoor, Ben placed fifth in the NSIC 800m final...In the 2020 Outdoor, Ben was a Runner-Up in NSIC Conference 600m.
High School: In 2015, Ben was named the Wisconsin Little Ten Conference Champion in Indoor Track and Field...In 2017, he was named Badger South Conference Runners-Up in Cross Country...In 2018, Ben was Watertown High School Track MVP and Top 10 all-time Watertown High school performer in the 400m, 800m, 1600m and 5000m XC.
