Minnesota State University - Mankato Athletics

Tyson Sowder is in his third season as Director of Hockey Operations in 2025-26. Sowder's responsibilities include managing team travel logistics, video recording/editing and software as well as hockey statistics and analytics.

He previously served as a student video assistant for Minnesota State hockey from 2019-23. Sowder is from LeSueur, Minnesota and played hockey for the Bulldogs.
