Cory Lonke, a Proctor, Minn., native, joined Minnesota State's coaching staff in the summer of 2022.

Lonke spent the 2021-22 season as goaltending coach with Cedar Rapids of the United States Hockey League. Lonke was the goaltending coach for Austin of the North American Hockey League in 2020-21 and served as an assistant coach with Minot (NAHL) from 2011-17. His school coaching experience includes stints with New Prague, where he was the head coach in 2019-20 and Shakopee, where he was an assistant coach from 2017-19.
