Overnight Summer Camps for Age Group & High School Swimmers
These overnight camps are an excellent format for swimmers to learn new drills, refine stroke technique, and
focus on racing skills that will impact their performance. Athletes will be challenged and engaged in a safe and supportive camp environment.
Our experienced coaching staff strives to make it a fun and memorable week for everyone.
Fall 2025/Spring 2026
One-day Clinics
Co-Ed Swim Clinics (Ages 10 & Up)
9:30am - 4pm
Highlights include- technique progression, personalized feedback,
video & review session.
Saturday November 22: Starts, Turns, & Underwaters
Saturday April 11: Freestyle Clinic
Sunday April 12: Backstroke Clinic
Saturday April 18: Breaststroke Clinic
Sunday April 19: Butterfly Clinic

Late Fall 2025 Youth Swimming Lessons
5 Week Small Group Lessons (One 35 min. lesson for 5 weeks)
Group lessons meet once a week and will be offered on Monday & Wednesday afternoons.
Sign-Up for one or more lessons per week.

This half-day clinics was created to improve triathletes swimming race performance by focusing on freestyle stroke technique and stroke efficiency. Participants will receive expert instruction from our professional coaching staff. Highlights include videotaping, performance analysis, freestyle drill progression, and training strategies
