High School: In 2017, Carter was a Discus Conference Runner-Up and Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association State Discus Finalist...In 2018, he was a Discus Conference Finalist, Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association State Discus 5th place finish and was named Monona Grove Field Athlete of the Year.
