Biography
2021-22: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…Posted a personal best in the 50 freestyle (24.18) and the 100 backstroke (59.45) at the NSIC Championships.
2020-21: Named to NSIC All-Academic Team…Was a member of the 400 freestyle relay team that claimed All-NSIC honors with a second place finish at the conference meet (3:28.71)…Also finished 10th in the 50 freestyle at the NSIC Championships with a time of 24.29 and 13th in the 100 freestyle (53.41).
2019-20: Finished 14th in the 100 freestyle at the Rochester Invite with a time of 54.28…Also finished 16th in the 50 freestyle at the Rochester Invite with a time of 25.21…Posted a time of 24.48 in the prelims of the 50 freestyle at the NSIC Championships.
High School: Four-time WIAA State qualifier...Received all-conference honors in the 50 freestyle and All-State honors in the 200 freestyle relay...Four-year letterwinner...Served as team captain during her senior year.
Personal: Lauren is the daughter of Linda and Pat Szolyga...Majoring in health care administration.
