2022-23: Outdoor: Competed in seven outdoor meets... Won the 4x400 meter relay finals at NSIC Outdoor Championships (May 11-13) with team time of 3:46.95... Placed 14th in 4x400 meter relay prelim at NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (May 25-27)... Indoor: Placed second in 4x400 meter relay at NSIC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)... Placed fifth in 400 meters at NSIC Indoor Championships... Placed ninth in 4x400 meter relay at NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (Mar. 10-11) with team time of 3:47.92.
2021 Spring Outdoor: Competed in the meets for the Mavericks in the spring season.
2021 Winter Indoor: Competed in the Northern Sun Indoor Track & Field Championships for the Mavericks in the 200m run and 600m run, finishing 16th in both events.
2020:Â In 2020, she was Indoor All-American in the 4x400m relay.Â
2019: In 2019, Rose made NSICÂ Outdoor All-Conference in the 4x100m and 4x400m relay.
High School: From 2015-2018, Rose was Eastern Division Conference Champions...From 2016-2018, she was NDHSAA girls Class A State Champions...In 2018, Rose was awarded NDHSCA Outstanding Senior Athlete Award and NDHSAA Powerade Outstanding Senior Athlete.
