2017-18: Received All-NSIC honors for finishing 2nd in the 200 IM with a 2:05.19 at NSIC Championships. Received All-NSIC honors for finishing 3rd in the 200 freestyle with a 1:52.78 at NSIC Championships. Was a member of the All-NSIC Championship winning 400 medley relay. Finished 6th in the 100 backstroke with a 56.38 at NSIC Championships. Was a member of the All-NSIC Championship winning 800 freestyle relay, helping to turn in an MSU school and NSIC record. Received All-NSIC honors for finishing 2nd in the 200 backstroke with a 2:00.83, an MSU school record. Was a member of the All-NSIC Championship winnign 400 freestyle relay. Finsihed 14th in the 200 backstroke with a 2:01.29 at NCAA Championships... was a member of the NCAA competing 400 freestyle relay. Turned in a time of 2:08.10 at NCAA Championships... swam a 1:54.12 in the 200 freestyle at NCAA Championships. Turned in a time of 56.96 in the 100 backstroke at NCAA Championships.

2016-17: Received All-American honors as a member of the 400 freestyle relay team that finished sixth (3:23.74) at the NCAA Championships…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team and a CSCAA Scholar All-American…Was a member of the 200- freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay teams that took first place at the NSIC Championships…Also finished second at the NSIC Championships as a member of the 800 freestyle relay team…Set a school record in the 200 backstroke (2:01.56).

2015-16: Took third place in the 200-yard backstroke at the NSISC Championships with a time of 2:02.16…Also finished sixth in the 100-yard backstroke (56.51), fourth in the 200-yard IM (2:06.14) and fourth in the 400-yard IM (4:30.41) at the NSISC Championships…Named an NSISC All-Academic Team…Was a member of the MSU 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished 15th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 3:28.79…Set an MSU record in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:01.56…Was a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that set a school record with a time of 7:41.72. 

2014-15: Was a member of the MSU 800-yard freestyle relay team that set a new MSU record with a time of 7:43.86…Named an NSISC Scholar Athlete…Finished fourth at the NSISC Championships in the 200-yard backstroke and eighth in the 200-yard freestyle…Took second place in the 200-yard backstroke against MSU Moorhead, to go along with a second place finish in the 1,000-yard freestyle…Won the 200-yard backstroke against South Dakota.

High School: Calhoon garnered four all-conference accolades to go along with three all-state nods during her four seasons at Milton High School...Claimed a conference championship in the 200-yard freestyle and posted state qualifying times in the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke...She also took part in the 400-yard freestyle relay that claimed the state championship during her first three seasons, including a record setting mark during her junior season...She helped her team to a pair of undefeated dual seasons, to go along with three conference championships and a pair of sectional and state championships.

Personal: Chelsea is the daughter of Robert and Tracie Calhoon...Born October 4, 1995...Earned her undergraduate degree in law enforcement and is pursuining her master's degree in human services and public administration.
