2017 Outdoor: Took home a first-place finish at the Cal State L.A. Twilight Open in the 5000-meter dash with a time of 17:40.72.
2017 Indoor: Won the 3000-meter dash at the Chuck Peterson Open with a time of 10:14.78...Ran a personal-best time of 5:01.86 in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships to finish third.
2015 Outdoor: Personal best time of 4:44.07 in the 1500-meter run placing third at the St. Olaf Manitou Classic. Personal best in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:27.59 placing fourth at the ESU Spring Open.
2015 Indoor: Took home tenth in the 3000-meters at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:22.57... Set other career-standards of 5:20.32 for the mile and 18:33.11 for the 5000-meters.
High School: Eight-time letterwinner at Grand Rapids High School...Part of the Thunderhawk 4x800 relay team that went to state four straight years...Led track team to three consecutive True Team Sectional Championships...Also was a four-time state participant in cross country...Conference champion in her last three years garnering all-conference awards all four season...All-state selection as a junior.
