2017 Outdoor: Captured second place in the 2017 NCAA DII Outdoor Championships in the triple jump (53'3.75"), breaking his own school record, and finished sixth in the high jump (6'10.75") to earn All-American honors in both...Finished first in the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field meet in the high jump (6'9.75") and the triple jump (52'3.75").

2017 Indoor: Earned the 2017 NCAA DII Indoor title in the triple jump (52'10.25") to win All-American honors as well as setting a new Minnesota State University record in the event with a leap of (53'10.5")...Finished fourth in the 2017 NCAA DII indoor championships in the high hump with a personal best jump of 6'11.75" to earn All-American honors...Claimed NSIC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year after finishing first in triple jump, second in the high jump, and second in the long jump in the NSIC Indoor Championship.  

2016 Outdoor:  Captured 2016 NCAA DII Outdoor title in the triple jump (53' 2.75") in breaking his own school record and earning All-America honors in his first NCAA DII national meet appearance...Captured 2016 NSIC Outdoor triple jump title (49" 9.0" - NSIC championship meet record)...Established school record in the triple jump (52" 8.25 at the 2016 Drake Relays)...Two-time NSIC Outdoor TF Athlete of the Week.

2016 Indoor: Placed third in the high jump at the Minnesota State Alumni Open with a jump of 6'11.75''... Also placed third in the triple jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a mark of 48'11.75''.

2014-15 Indoor: Set a top mark in the triple jump of 50'5.25" before an injury ended his season...named NSIC Field Athlete of the Week twice.

Pre-MSU: Attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for one season...Won the 2012 NCAA Division III Indoor Championship in the triple jump by marking 15.39m and then followed suit in at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship at 15.60m...Also part of the 4x100 relay team that participated at the outdoor championships.

High School: Was the field athlete-of-the-year at Eden Prairie High School...His jump of 49'5.5" stands as the third-best mark in Minnesota State High School League history.
