2017-18: Named to the NSIC All-Academic honors team. Placed 2nd with All-NSIC Honors in the 50 free witha  time of 23.30... Was a member of the the 200 medley relay that took 2nd at NSIC Championships... Was a member of the 200 freestyle relay that took 3rd at NSIC Chamionships... Was a member of the All-NSIC winning 400 medley relay. Took 3rd earning All-NSIC Honors in the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.48... Finsihed 4th in the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.87... Was a member of the All-NSIC winning 400 freestyle relay. Was a member of the NCAA Division II Championships competing 400 freestyle relay team, 200 medley relay team, 200 freestyle relay team, and the 400 medley relay team... placed 11th in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.34 at NCAA Division II Championships. Finished 14th in the 100 backstroke with a time of 56.62 at NCAA Division II Championships... turned in a time of 51.88 in the 100 freestyle at NCAA Division II Championships.

2016-17: Set a school record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 54.48…Was a member of the 400 medley relay (3:47.72, 200 freestyle relay (1:32.69) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:23.74) teams that set school records…Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…Finished in second place at the NSIC Championships in the 50 freestyle and the 400 freestyle relay…Won NSIC Championships as a member of the 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay and 400 medley relay teams…Garnered CSCAA Scholar All-American honors…Claimed All-American honors in the 50-yard freestyle (4th/23.10), 200-yard freestyle relay (3rd/1:32.69), 100-yard backstroke (6th/54.48), 400-yard freestyle relay (6th/3:23.74).

2015-16: Claimed All-American honors as she finish in fifth place at the NCAA Championships with a time of 55.02 in the 100-yard backstroke…Finished in third place at the NSISC Championships in the 50-yard freestyle (23.59) and the 100-yard backstroke (55.45), to go along with a fourth place finish in the 100-yard IM (58.92)…Named to the NSISC All-Academic Team…Set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke event with a time of 54.61…Was a member of MSU’s record-setting relay teams in the 200-yard medley relay (1:42.78), the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:33.88), the 400-yard medley relay (3:48.73) and the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:27.22).

2014-15: Competed at the NCAA Championships in the 200-yard medley relay, the 200-yard freestyle relay, the 800-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay…She also competed in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke at the NCAA Championships…Named an NSISC Scholar Athlete…Set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 55.68…Was a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set a school record with a time of 1:33.88…Finished fifth at the NSISC Championships in the 50-yard freestyle and second in the 100-yard backstroke...Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American.

High School: Hake earned six letters in swimming at Faribault High School...She received all-conference nods during the last three seasons and was named a team captain...She owns pool records in the 100-yard backstroke and the 50-yard freestyle...Won the Big 9 conference championship in the 100-yard backstroke the last three seasons and set a new Big 9 Conference record in the 100-yard Backstroke...Setting the MSHSL Class A Section 1A record in the 100-yard backstroke, Hake claimed the Section A Championship in the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke in 2013 and currently has the fastest seed time heading into both events at the state meet. Making 5 trips to state, Hake was awarded All State for 3 seasons in 7 events. At the MSHSL Class A State Finals meet, Hake claimed 3rd place in the 50-yard freestyle, was named champion in the 100-yard backstroke, and earned the 2013-2014 High School All American in the 100-backstroke with a time of 55.28. In her years at Fairbault High School Hake was named MVP in 2011, 2012 and 2013, and was also a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Cecilia is the daughter of Brian and Jane Hake...Born May 15, 1996...Majoring in Construction Management.
