As a Maverick:  Four-time letterwinner (2013-14, 2012-13, 2011-12 and 2010-11)...Served as alternate captain in 2013-14.

2013-14:  Missed 15 games due to injury prior to rejoining MSU’s lineup for two games at UAF after Christmas, missed last three games of season after suffering a hand injury... Had 1-5--6 in 21 games in 2013-14 and for four-year Minnesota State career, logged 7-20--27 in 105 career games... Was a Academic All-WCHA honoree as a senior.

2012-13: With 5-9--14 on the year, achieved single-season highs for goals, assists and points...Had a goal and three assists for four points in 7-2 win at Colorado Collge (March 2)...Named WCHA Defensive Player of the Week after MSU swept Alaska Anchorage (Dec. 7-8)...Named team's Unsung Hero at end of the year banquet...6-15--21 in 84 career games.

2011-12:  Recorded first goal of his career when he tallied MSU's second goal in a 4-2 loss at North Dakota March 2...Finished with 1-5--6 in 30 games.

2010-11:   Compiled 0-1--1 in 16 games with the Mavericks in his debut season...Registered his first career point when he drew an assist on a goal by Michael Dorr in MSU’s 3-2 win over Minnesota Dec. 3. 

THE NELSON FILE:  A three-year veteran of the North American Hockey League...Had 7-25--32 in 54 games with Fairbanks in 2009-10 in help leading the Ice Dogs to a spot in the NAHL National Tournament...Named to 2009-10 Sherwood/NAHL Top Prospects Tournament...Had 6-23--29 in 54 games with Bismarck and Fairbanks in 2008-09...Totalled 1-2--3 in 23 games as a rookie with Marquette in 2007-08...2007 Lincoln High School (Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.) grad.
