2009:  Was named All-America Scholar-Athlete by the NFCA ...Appeared on the mound in 10 games, all in relief...Posted a 5.15 earned run average and had one loss...Helped combine for three shutouts...Worked 17.2 innings, striking out 11...Held opponents to a .260 batting average...Started two games in the outfield...Had a .200 batting average. 

High School:  Four-year starter and letterwinner at Mounds View…Was a team captain as a junior and senior…All-Suburban East Conference and all-selection as a junior and senior…As a sophomore led Mounds View to its first ever Suburban East Conference title. 

Personal: Daughter of Curt and Joan Kruse…Born Jan. 5, 1990…Majoring in family consumer sciences at MSU.
