Biography

At MSU:  Member of the school and pool  records in the 200 medley relay...Also a member of the 400-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay squads which own the school record...Also owns the school, pool and 25-meter record in the 100-yard backstroke...Owns MSU’s 50-yard backstroke record... Ninth on the 50-Free list... Second on the 100-Free list... Also eighth on the 200-yard backstroke list.

2008-09:
Against UW-Eau Claire finished first in the 100-yard freestyle... Agaisnt St. Cloud State finished second in the 50-yard freestyle, first in both the 50-yard backstroke and the 100-yard backstroke... Placed first in the 100-yard and 50-yard freestyles against Gustavus Adolphus College... At the Border Battle she placed first in the 100-yard backstroke and the 100-yard freestyle... First in both 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke against South Dakota... Also first in the 100-yard backstroke against Northern Iowa... At the Conference Championships she placed 10th in the 50-yard freestyle, sixth in the 100-yard freestyle, and second in the 100-yard backstroke... She placed 51st at the National Championships in the 50-yard freestyle... Earned All-American honors for being part of 200-yard medley relay team that finished seventh, and the 400-yard medley relay team that finished 11th at the National Tournament.

2007-08:
Received her fourth career All-American honor…Received seven, first-place finishes in 200-yard medley relay for the season…Ended the season with four individual first place finishes in 100-yard backstroke…Placed fifth in 100-yard backstroke (59.45) and 11th in 200-yard backstroke (2:12.57) at NCC Championships...Named to the NCC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2006-07:
Was a three-time Alll-American last year...Finished better than fourth in all 100-yard backstroke events for the season, with a best completed time of 59.98 during the NCC Finals in which she finished third…Finished 11th at the NCC Finals in the 200-yard backstroke (2:13.446)…Also competed in the 50-yard freestyle for the Mavericks in which she finished 14th at the NCC Finals with a personal best time of 24.79.

High School:
Competed in the Minnesota State Championships from 2002-06… Four time All-State award winner… 2005 Section 3A Swimmer of the Year…Four-year letter winner.

Personal:
Daughter of Jeff and Ann Krych… Born May 21, 1988… Majoring in exercise science at MSU.
