BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. --- The Minnesota State women's golf team finished the Central Region Fall Preview in a tie for tenth place Thursday.
The two-round Central Region Fall Preview was played at the par-72 Adams Point Golf Club in Blue Springs, Mo. Sixteen teams competed in the event, including Nebraska-Kearney which finished first in the team standings with scores of 290-285—575 (-1). MSU finished in a tie for tenth place with Sioux Falls as it posted scores of 317-308—625 (+49). UNK's Liz Lyons led the individual standings with scores of 71-66—137 (-7).
Junior
Emerson Garlie shot a 75 in the final round to finish in a tie for 11th place at +5. Garlie recorded one bridie and 13 pars in her final round.

Brooklyn Lee each finished in a tied for 56th as they all finished the event at +16. Brown shot a 76 in round two that included four birdies and nine pars, while Lee notched a 78 with one birdie and 11 pars. Anderson posted a 79 with two birdies and nine pars as well.
Junior
Kelby Anderson finished two strokes behind Brown, Blomberg and Lee and she shot a 79 in the final round to finish at +18. Anderson recorded a pair of birdies on the front nine. Freshman
Tayal Perry, who was competing independently, shot an 84 on the final day to finish at +29.
Minnesota State continues its season on Sept. 14-15 as it competes in the Maverick Fall Brawl at the Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, Wis.
