SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Minnesota State women's cross country placed second at the Augie Twilight 5K late Friday night at Yankton Park Trail. Junior
Ashley Overgaauw led the Mavericks with a seventh place finish (17:35.78). Sophomore
Mileena Sullivan came across ninth in 17:39.54 and sophomore
Amanda Overgaauw took 22nd with a time of 18:00.99.
Ashlyn Hillyard won the race for South Dakota State 17:04.27, helping SDSU win the event as a team. The Mavericks finished as the top team in Division II with a score of 75, ahead of Augustana (108, third) and Minnesota Crookston (210, fourth).
