BURNSVILLE, Minn. --- Minnesota State's Natalie Freeman has been named the NSIC Diver of the Week for her efforts last weekend.

A junior from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Freeman won the 1-meter diving event at the St. Cloud Invite with a score of 273.35. She also finished third in the 3-meter diving event with a score of 253.55.

This marks the first time Freeman has been named the NSIC Diver of the Week.

Minnesota State returns to action this Saturday in Mendota Heights, Minn., as it takes on Concordia-St. Paul and Southwest Minnesota State at 12:30 p.m.
