MANKATO, Minn. – No. 11 ranked Minnesota State men's hockey prepares to play an exhibition contest against University of Manitoba on Monday, December 30 at 3 p.m. CT at Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center.

Tickets are $5 each and all seating is general admission. Tickets are available at the Mayo Clinic Health System Box Office and all Ticketmaster platforms. This game is not part of the season ticket package and Minnesota State students will be admitted for free with their MavCard.

After the game, fans are invited to participate in a 30-minute skate with the Mavericks.

Minnesota State (14-4-2, 9-1-2 CCHA) has played three exhibition games against the Bisons (3-13-0) in team history. The last was in 1999-00, which the Mavericks won 4-1. The teams also played a two-game series in 1992-93. MSU won 3-2 on Dec. 4 in overtime, then tied 6-6 on Dec. 5.
Manitoba plays at Nebraska Omaha on Sunday, December 29. The Maverick last played on December 13-14 and defeated Lake Superior State 2-1 and 3-2 in a CCHA series at home.
