Sioux Falls, S.D. --- The Minnesota State women's cross country team had two individuals turn in top 10 finishes as the Mavericks finished third behind a pair of NCAA Division I-foes at the Augustana Twilight Meet Saturday in Sioux Falls.
The meet, which took place at Yankton Trails, consisted of 28 teams and included more than 300 individuals. The Mavericks combined for 98 points in finishing just behind South Dakota State (84 points) and Nebraska (97 points).
The Mavericks, competing in their first action of the 2022 season, were led by senior
Amanda Montplaisir, who placed third while covering the 5K-course in a time of 17:30.76. Sophomore
