MANKATO, Minn. --- The Minnesota State women's swimming and diving team won a total of 12 events as it bested Gustavus Adolphus and UW-Stevens Point Saturday.
MSU defeated GAC by the score of 1,413-1,043, and UWSP 1,458-889. The Mavericks now own a 4-0 record in dual action this season.

Freshman
Ayla Taylor posted the best score in the 3-meter diving event with 217.95 points. She also claimed second place in the 1-meter diving event with 247.25 points.
Roth, Goodman and Selky each won a pair of individual events as well. Roth won both the 100 backstroke (1:00.51) and the 200 IM (2:14.18), while Goodman took first in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.90) and the 200 breaststroke (2:28.84) events. Selky won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:57.57 and the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:19.27.
Rinderknecht, who finished second in both the 100 backstroke (1:00.56) and the 200 backstroke (2:10.46) won the 100 butterfly with a time of 58.94. Enervold took first place in the 200 backstroke, finishing just ahead of Rinderknecht with a time of 2:08.91.
Beckman won the 200 butterfly event with a time of 2:14.16, while posting a second place finish in the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.83 as well.
Minnesota State returns to action on Thursday, Nov. 14, as it hosts Augustana. The dual is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m.
