Northfield, Minn. --- Minnesota State's women's cross country team turned in a fifth-place result at the St. Olaf Invitational held in Northfield, Saturday.
The 23-team, 6K event was held at the St. Olaf Trails.
Junior
Erin Baker (23:28.0) placed 12th as the top Maverick individual at the event. Sophomore
Lily Paul (23:57.0) placed 28th and sophomore
Megan Serratore (23:58.0) was 29th. paced the Mavericks (17:46.34). Junior
Megan Allen (24:13.0) finished 38th. Freshman
Carisa Weyenberg (24:17.0) was 40th, while sophomore
Josie Braaten (24:23.0) was 45th and junior
Haley Kruger (24:49.0) finished 67th. Other Maverick individuals competing included freshman

Bobbi Patrick (24:56.0, 85th), freshman
Jaylynn Lauer (25:20.0, 110th), sophomore
Allyson Daines (25:29.0, 121st), junior

Minnesota Duluth tallied 28 points in claiming the team title, while the Mavericks combined for 147 points.
