Box Score Bismarck, N.D. --- Minnesota State stayed unblemished in conference play in its first Northern Sun road match of the year defeating U-Mary 1-0 Saturday afternoon.
The match was scoreless through the first half until the 45th minute when junior forward
Caitlin Graboski blasted a penalty kick into the lower left side for her third goal of the season giving MSU a 1-0 lead.
The Mavericks controlled much of the first half outshooting the Marauders 7-0.
Both back lines continued their stellar defense in the second half and neither team was able to record a goal making Graboski’s the game-winner.
Minnesota State outshot U-Mary 13-1 in the second half and 20-1 for the match.

Molly McGough tallied her fourth consecutive shutout while making one save.
Minnesota State (7-1-1, 6-0-0 NSIC) heads up U.S. Highway 83 for a showdown tomorrow afternoon against Minot State (6-2-1, 4-2-0 NSIC) with kickoff set for 1 p.m.
