Allendale, Mich.-- The Minnesota State soccer team suffered a 4-0 loss to Grand Valley State Sunday afternoon.

At 31:23, Maria Brown scored an unassisted goal for the Lakers. Shortly after, at 33:16, Ashley Botts scored for Grand Valley.

In the second half, Kayla Addison scored two goals at 78:34 and 87:07 to seal the win for the Lakers. Grand Valley recorded 17 shots on goal for the day, MSU recorded three shots.

Minnesota State returns to the Pitch at Gage Towers Friday afternoon against Regis. The match is set to begin at 3 p.m.
