Box Score Mankato, Minn. --- The Minnesota State Mavericks defeated the Upper Iowa Peacocks in NSIC action, 2-0 in Mankato, Minn., Sunday afternoon.

In the second period the Mavericks tallied 17 shots with 13 on goal. At 67:18 Henry dribbled the ball on the left side of goal passing to Paletta, Paletta drilled it in the right side for the first goal of the match. The assist is Henry's third of the season. The goal marks Paletta's fifth of the season. At 83:20 junior forward
Ann Kincaid (Bettendorf, Iowa) tallied the second goal of the match assisted by freshman midfielder
Brianne West (Omaha, Neb.). Kincaid now has five goals, West has three assists on the season. Senior defender
Abby Maxson (Maple Grove, Minn.) tallied three shots on goal and West had two shots on goal. Upper Iowa had one shot on goal in the match.

Sheila Reynolds (St. Charles, Ill.) tallied one save in the match. Reynolds now has a save percentage of .868 percent. Reynolds is now 11-3-1 on the season and 28-11-4 for her career.
