Mankato, Minn. --- Minnesota State's men and women track and field teams were honored this week as the USTFCCCA NCAA Division II rankings were released, with men holding the 19th spot and women ranked 13th.
The men received 50.01 points this week, after being ranked 15th in the first poll out last week. Minnesota State is the only team from the NSIC nationally ranked.
The women received 58.97 points this week, after being ranked 11th in the first poll out last week. Three other teams from the NSIC are nationally ranked. St. Cloud State holds the 10th spot with 75.19 points, Winona State holds the 12th position, one spot above MSU with 64.07 points, and Wayne State holding 18th place with 47.31 points.
