Four-year football defensive back and punter was named team Most Valuable Player in 1974...Two-time team captain earned All-Conference and All-America honors in 1974 after establishing a school single-season interception record with seven...Also holds school career interception record with 22...Two-time All-North Central Conference selection also owns school record for punts in a game with 10 against Augustana in 1973 and at one time held school marks for longest punt (71 yards), most punts in a season (60 in 1973) and yards per punt (40.0 in 1973)...Attended two National Football League camps with the Chicago Bears.
