1962 graduate of Minnesota State University, received honorary doctorate from MSU in 1996...Through his company (Taylor Corporation - he's the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer)) has provided MSU students with a Presidential Scholarship; scholarships in business, math, engineering, theater, computer science, and graphic design and athletics...Made the largest contribution in the history of Minnesota's seven state universities, by providing more than nine million dollars towards the development and construction of Taylor Center - MSU's multi-functional facility that houses the school's admissions office, wrestling, volleyball and basketball teams...Owner of the National Basketball Association's Minnesota Timberwolves and Women's National Basketball Association's Minnesota Lynx.
