Amanda (Frame) Swintek  (MSU 2001-05, Women’s Track & Field) (student-athlete category) ---  2005 Minnesota State Senior Female Athlete of the Year...Two-time NCAA Division II indoor national champion in the pole vault...Five-time All-American (1st indoors in 2004 and 2005, 8th indoors in 2003, 2nd outdoors in 2004 and 2005)...2005 CoSIDA Academic All-American (held a 3.57 grade point average in mathematics and was a three-time member of school’s Dean’s List)...Featured in Sports Illustrated Faces in the Crowd in 2005...Broke her own indoor national record with a vault of 13’ 1 1/4” at 2005 NCAA DII national championship meet...Held NCAA outdoor record when she cleared 13’ 4” at Hamline Invitational in 2005...Three-time North Central Conference individual champion (2004 and 2005 indoors, 2005 outdoors).
