St. Paul, Minn.--- The Minnesota State women's track and field team competed in the Holst Invitational Invite in St. Paul, Minn. Saturday April 22
nd.
In the 100m dash
Jasmyne Suber finished eighth with a time of 12.71 in the finals.
Maddi Sjelin finished fourth in the 800m run with a time of 2:17.30. In the 5000m run
Carisa Weyenberg finished fifth with a time of 18:47.47 and
Jaylynn Lauer finished seventh a time of 19.34.16.
In the 100m hurdles
Dallas Weiss (16.01) finished fourth and
Keenan Davis (16.50) finished seventh.
Jessika Dieringer finished sixth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:07.97. In the 3000m steeplechase
Erin Baker finished second with a time of 11:25.45 and
Lily Paul finished sixth with a time of 12:00.02.
In the high jump
Khadiya Hollingsworth (5'7") finished second,
Brianna Ziolkowski (5'3") finished fifth, and
Rachel Schumacher (5'3") finished sixth.
Erin Neveau finished second in the pole vault with a leap of 11'6.25".
Allison Calkins finished fifth in the triple jump with a top jump of 34'00.75".
In the shot-put
Sarah Knutson finished seventh with a throw of 37'3". In the hammer throw
Knutson (154') finished first and
Emma Edelen (147'6") finished third.
Madison Eggermont finished eighth in the javelin throw with a toss of 93'6".
Minnesota State will compete next Thursday through Saturday in the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. and the Macalester Twilight Thursday in St. Paul, Minn.
