McKelvogue also recorded 12 complete games including ten shutouts. She has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Pitcher of the Week three times in her career and was named to the 2012 NFCA All-Central Second Team.

“Courtney is very quiet and she is a leader by example. She is a leader with her work ethics in practice and her work ethics out of practice. She is very loyal to the program and is one of those students that doesn’t give you any problems,” stated head coach Lori Meyer. “She is a senior this year and has had success ever since she got here, we expect her to play consistent ball and do what she needs to do.”
