Mankato, Minn. --- The Minnesota State men’s swimming and diving team hosted a diving invitational with Gustavus Adolphus Saturday afternoon in the Highland Pool on the campus of Minnesota State University.
Freshman Tyler Jaeger was the Maverick’s top finisher with a second-place finish in the one-meter dive with 322.65 points. Sophomore DanieL Felt turned in a fourth-place effort with 276.2 points.
Jaeger finished third in the three-meter dive with 300.35 points, while Felt was fourth with 272.5.
Both competitions consisted of 11 dives.
Minnesota State returns to action in the pool and on the diving boards next weekend when it travels to Omaha, Neb., to take part in the Midwest Conference Championship. The four-day long event begins Thursday.
